We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to numerous shopping centers. It was perfect for us as avid shoppers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. They were always ready to assist us with a smile. The hotel itself offers a range of facilities including restaurants, a bar, a lobby, and a terrace. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. We also enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness center, which had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in rooms and an airport shuttle service. the service, comfort, and location of this hotel made our stay here exceptional.

Location is good and I have stayed this hotel beacuse of location for 7 nights.

All Reception staff not good. They not wlecome and treat visitors. I have booked through bookin.com and when I stayed their they charged me more. Other hotel staff are ok. Hotel carpet in rooms and out side rooms are not clean and very old. They charged me extra for 6 nights (about 500 thai bhat extra for each night)

Location - in the center, shops, restaurants in walking distance. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is polite and competent.

This place is conveniently located near popular tourist spots like the Erawan Shrine and is just a short 5-minute walk from the train station.

I would like to see a greater range of fruit juices and fruits available at breakfast time. Greater range of breads for toast at breakfast, particularily those with a bit of 'body'.

we stayed at a hotel right next to a Big C Supermarket, which was super convenient for shopping and late-night browsing. the hotel building itself had a variety of stores and even a local Thai massage place. the upper floor of the building had affordable food stalls, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. the location was excellent, with Central World, Isetan, and Gaysorn Village all within walking distance. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the wake-up call service was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a safe big enough to hold a laptop. cons: nothing to be said 😊.

The service rendered by Mr Prayoon at Arnoma Hotel Bangkok is very professional and excellent. I will stay in Arnoma Hotel Bangkok again when I visit Bangkok.

We had an amazing stay, as the hotel offered great facilities, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel's location was fantastic and convenient because it was situated in the heart of the city's shopping district. We had access to several malls, including the Central World Mall, Chidlom Central mall, and others. We also liked the hassle-free parking option provided by the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transportation was a major plus for us.

I like where the hotel located. Walking distance away from many shopping malls, famous Erawan Shrine Four faced Buddha and Sky train. A very convenience place to stay. Furthermore, all the staffs there was friendly. Highly recommended for travellers who go for city trip and shopping.
